- Richard obtained his LLB in law at the University of the Philippines in 1995 and his BS in Business Administration at the University of the Philippines in 1991.
- After migrating in California in July 1996 with his spouse, Richard has volunteered his services on Landlord-Tenancy and Immigration issues until he was licensed to practice law in California in 1999.
- He and his spouse owned and operated RCFEs in Contra Costa County from 2001-2008.
- After obtaining his CA Real Estate Broker license in 2004, Richard has been active in listings, purchases, and loans for residential homes and care homes.
- Areas of practice include labor, employment, real estate, contracts, personal injury, civil litigation.

- Eloisa obtained her Juris Doctor, graduated cum laude, at the John F Kennedy College of Law in 2019 and her BS in Physical Therapy at the College of Allied Medical Professions of the University of the Philippines in 1991.
- Eloisa was the Director of Rehabilitation of Diamond Ridge Healthcare Center, a post-acute and long term care facility, which she left to pursue her JD; was a co-owner of Taurus Financial Group, a loan brokerage, which had its demise with the 2008 real estate market crash; and was a co-owner of Fircrest Gardens I and II, residential care homes for the elderly, which were sold to a private individual (Shirlita Barron).
- Eloisa had education in Franchise Law, Bankruptcy Law, Contract Drafting, Electronic Discovery, and Mediation Skills Training.
- Under Golden Gate University, she was also educated in Privacy and Defamation, and International Human Rights.
- Areas of practice include medical malpractice, personal injury, professional negligence, civil litigation.
